Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations
Lead and supervise the kitchen team during service
Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation
Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimise waste
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and food safety
Help train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
A passion for fresh food and high standards
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (Level 3 desirable)
