We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen management in addition to their culinary expertise.
Duties:
- Assist the existing kitchen team in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work with the front of house staff to ensure seamless service
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
