We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team which is now looking to create a new dynamic approach to golf club catering. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef with the daily operations of our golf club, ensuring that all food production meets high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of culinary techniques, and a commitment to food safety and hospitality.
Duties
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address any issues that arise during service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or similar culinary environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
