About the role

Job Title: Sous Chef

School Location: The Purcell School, Bushey, WD23

Working Days: Monday to Friday (some weekends needed)

Shifts & Working hours: 7am-3.30pm (40 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year (5.6 weeks holiday)

Pay Details: 30,000-32,000 DOE

What will I be doing?

Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+) May include some counter service / till work Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
