We are looking to recruit a talented Sous Chef, with busy pub dining experience.
The Duke is a well established, popular East London pub with a village feel, focussing on dining, hospitality and events.
The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar environment either as a Sous / Senior Sous Chef, or a confident Junior Sous ready to take the next steps.
You should be quality driven, up to date with modern cooking techniques and passionate about the culinary arts, be a chef who wants to create food using seasonal produce with our offering being farm to table dining. As a member of the SRA, we use the best suppliers available. For example, we use both Swaledale butchers and regenerative agri meats from The Ethical Butcher.
