Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes. Assist in food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Skills



Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment. Strong culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to lead by example. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Background in hospitality, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities, fostering a positive working atmosphere among staff. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
