We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Cambridge CB23.
This is a permanent role, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Proposed start date is 23rd June 2025.
Join a dynamic kitchen with full creative freedom to design fresh, seasonal, and exciting dishes. This vibrant site offers a plated-style hot lunch service, complemented by a salad bar and a convenient grab & go counter. As Sous Chef you'll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen and, in the absence of the Chef Manager, step up to oversee the full kitchen operation. The site caters for approximately 100 people daily, along with occasional hospitality service. A solid background in working with fresh ingredients is essential for this role
