We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Contribute creative ideas for new dishes and menu enhancements.

Skills

Strong experience in food preparation within a restaurant environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when required.
