Sous Chef - Full Time
Hours: 32 per week
Shifts: Sunday 8am-1pm, Monday to Wednesday 8am-5pm
Pay: 13.50 per hour
Location: LL31 9YT

We are looking for a talented and reliable

Sous Chef

to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a qualified chef with a passion for fresh food and high standards, who is ready to support the Head Chef and deliver delicious, well-presented meals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet service standards. Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen. Support stock control, ordering, and waste reduction. Supervise and support junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements:

Qualified Chef with proven experience in a similar role. Strong cooking and preparation skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Team player with a flexible and positive approach.
