We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking processes.
Assist in menu planning and the development of new recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure that all food is prepared according to established recipes and standards for quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations efficiently during service hours.
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
