Junior Sous Chef Role

The Yew Lodge Hotel in Kegworth, near to East Midlands Airport is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work in its hotel kitchens. The Hotel is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment and we are looking for new team members to join this vibrant, engaged team and grow your career in our fast-paced environment.

You will be running a section & or a service in our Marco Pierre White New York Italian restaurant, delivering stand out dishes to our guests, assisting senior chefs & directing junior chefs in ensuring all dishes are delivered to an exacting standard.

You will be supporting other areas of the food operation including our conference and banqueting kitchen, room service and breakfast, to deliver on our mission of "simple, sensational service."
