We're looking for an experienced

Sous Chef

The Role:



As

Sous Chef

, you'll work alongside our Head Chef to deliver an exciting new menu focused on fresh, seasonal produce. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency in every dish. Leadership, organisation, and a passion for quality are key to succeeding in this role.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience as a

Sous Chef

or

Senior Chef de Partie

, ideally with fresh, seasonal food experience A passion for using quality, local ingredients and elevating the dining experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team, ensuring efficiency and a positive working environment High standards of food hygiene and health & safety knowledge Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Responsibilities



Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards using fresh, locally sourced ingredients Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Help develop new menu items and specials to enhance guest experience Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support as needed Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
