We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
Assist the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
Oversee the cooking process to ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Manage inventory and suppliers, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment while promoting culinary excellence.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
Help develop new menu items and specials that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Handle any issues that arise in the kitchen promptly and efficiently.
Experience
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation techniques and presentation.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
