We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join an Independent School in Somerset, serving 1,000+ pupils across primary and secondary education. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Sous Chef with educational or large-scale catering experience, supporting the Head Chef in delivering fresh, nutritious meals daily and assisting with special event catering including sports days, parent evenings, and school functions. With flexible contract options - choose between term-time only or 52-week arrangements - this role offers a great work-life balance within a supportive team environment.

- Large-scale, high-volume catering experience - ideally in Education or B&I.
