  • Starting Salary \xc2\xa335,000 plus generous gratuities
  • Flexible working pattern
  • 28 Days holiday increasing year on year (capped at 5 years)
We have a unique opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career or someone who wants a new challenge in a progressive and engaging kitchen. They will need to be able to step up in the absence of the head chef and be a role model for our more junior chefs. We are looking for someone imaginative and experienced to join our kitchen team.

At the Idle Rocks we are a team of innovative chefs working together to produced inspired food for our guests. We pride ourselves in involving all members of the team in the design of our menu\'s and encourage a creative and artistic approach.

  • Previous leadership experience in the culinary field required
  • Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
