The role:
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head and Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations. From leading sections during service to training and mentoring junior chefs, you'll help maintain exceptional standards of quality, creativity, and consistency across every dish.

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or ambitious Senior CDP in a high-end, fresh food kitchen
A real passion for quality, creativity, and precision in cooking
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
