Responsibilities

Utilize culinary skills to prepare and cook high-quality dishes. Lead kitchen staff in food production and ensure timely service. Supervise and train team members in food preparation techniques. Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations. Utilize leadership skills to create a positive and efficient work environment. Utilize hospitality skills to provide exceptional service to customers. Manage kitchen operations effectively, including inventory and ordering. Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

Food preparation and cooking skills Kitchen and culinary experience Strong leadership and hospitality skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Supervisory experience in a kitchen setting Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Previous restaurant experience and serving skills
