JOB SUMMARY

As a Golf Sous Chef within Rudding Park, you will be expected to run the kitchen and manage a junior team, your role will include many different food services from the club house menu to BBQ, private dinners and hog roasts for parties



You will be working alone mostly but will have help during busy periods and still be part of the wider chef's team across the Rudding Park resort.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of dishes using the best fresh & local produce. Run the kitchen, ensuring food quality and standard are met Train junior chefs & kitchen helpers to work to expected standards Taking pride in being responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food for our guests Working well in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure. Able to work alone and make decisions but also be a team player, who can respectfully communicate to the team Be reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and passionate in your work Experience of working in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure. Can deal with deliveries and stock rotation & monitoring food cost Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times Following all health & safety / COSHH protocol Do all the above whilst following the core values of Rudding Park
