Job Description
SOUS CHEF REQUIRED
A small pub in the heart of the historic town of Henley in Arden. We serve classic pub grub with Dailey specials. A large garden which is perfect for the summer, and cosy pub environment inside.
The ideal candidate would need to be passionate about their job, hardworking and you will need to bring menu ideas to the table.
Your role will include...
Food preparation
. Running own section
. Normal kitchen service
.Putting forward ideas for daily specials
About you
Minimum 2 years experience in a busy kitchen environment
Motivated and caring chef with drive to achieve the quality and standards expected
Attention to detail
A calm manner and an ability to perform under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Henley-In-Arden: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
