You've got serious kitchen skills, a passion for bold Mediterranean flavours, and a cool head when the service gets spicy. You know how to support a Head Chef, run the pass like a pro, and inspire the team behind the line.

What you'll bring:

Experience in fast-paced kitchens (bonus points for Spanish or tapas-style cuisine) Leadership with a light touch - you guide, not bark Creativity, reliability, and a love for quality produce The ability to thrive under pressure (and maybe dance a little when the music's good)
