```Experience```
- At least 3 years kitchen experience
- Previous experience in food production, hospitality, kitchen management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in supervising employees and managing schedules
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
