Our menu blends Cajun and Creole classics with British produce, all cooked to a high standard in a laid-back, music-filled setting. We are a food-focused business owned by Jacob Kenedy (Bocca di Lupo) and run by our former head chef and have consistently won a Bib Gourmand since 2018. We make everything we can - from bread to sausages to mustard.
We require a sous capable of quickly mastering all sections and running a shift. You must be incredibly food-focused with a passion to use quality ingredients and proper methods. This is not a kitchen that takes short cuts, but it's a great position in a close-knit team in a rapidly growing business.
