The role:

The ideal candidate will have at least three years solid kitchen experience, with an excellent knowledge of creative cooking and producing a fresh food offer. A passionate and hardworking team player will be an asset to our business and the right candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced kitchen. You will work no more than 45 hours per week with 2 days off Supporting our head chef in all aspects of the kitchen Have a thorough understanding of the food and nutrition industry Managing the kitchen budget appropriately. Ensure that the menu at our restaurant reflects seasonal produce. Working on a daily basis with the owners and head chef.

Our menu is really well made pub classics plus beautifully creative fresh daily specials, we have been serving customers in Kingston for over 20 years and have won hospitality awards and most importantly loyalty from our local clientele. We have an enviable reputation for our expert hospitality and our consistently high standards and for both our food and drink.
