We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Assist the Head Chef in supervising all kitchen activities, including food production, presentation, and service delivery
Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth shift operations and maintain high morale
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee consistency, quality, and adherence to menu specifications
Manage inventory control and ordering to minimize waste while ensuring sufficient stock for all service needs
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all kitchen areas
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of dishes
Support menu planning efforts by contributing creative ideas aligned with current culinary trends and guest preferences
Qualifications
Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
Extensive knowledge of food production, food safety standards, and dietary requirements
Hands-on experience with inventory management, cost control, and food handling procedures
Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
Background in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred
