A brand-new live fire restaurant has recently opened in West London, inside a landmark development in the heart of Bayswater. With high levels of business from day one, we're now looking for a Sous Chef to join the team and support the Executive Head Chef.
This is a 150-cover site with a private dining room and an impressive open kitchen centred around fire and modern cooking techniques. The focus is on honest, seasonal ingredients and global influences, with precision and restraint in every dish.
