Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
Oversee daily food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations throughout all kitchen operations.
Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment.
