Food is a serious business in Fuller\xe2\x80\x99s pubs, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working in an advanced kitchen to create fabulous, fresh dishes \xe2\x80\x93 using the best of seasonal, local ingredients.

As deputy to the Head Chef, you\xe2\x80\x99ll take full control of the kitchen when they\xe2\x80\x99re away. It\xe2\x80\x99s a great opportunity to make a real impact and prove yourself ready to step up to the Head Chef role.

About Company: The Tap on the Line is a traditional station pub, busily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The customers here range from young families enjoying a leisurely breakfast, to time-wary commuters with a train to catch.
