We are looking to hire an experienced

Sous Chef

for our venue in

Mayfair - London

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a high-end restaurant environment is

mandatory

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. Manage food production processes, ensuring timely service and quality of dishes. Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff to enhance overall dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
