We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Manage food production processes, including preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Help develop new menu items and contribute creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Skills
Proven experience in food production and preparation within a restaurant setting.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff.
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
