We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team at The Soho Hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our kitchen team, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Oversee kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and development. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

What you Need:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. In-depth knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques. A passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
