What You'll Be Doing
Leading the kitchen team to consistently deliver outstanding food quality
Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop inspiring, seasonal menus
Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and supplier relationships
Maintaining top standards of health, safety, and food hygiene
Supporting event execution from preparation through to service
Helping develop and motivate a high-performing culinary team
What We'd Love From You
Experience as a
Sous Chef
or in a senior kitchen role within fine dining or event catering
Passion for creativity, quality, and culinary innovation
Strong leadership with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Level 3 Food Safety qualification and familiarity with procurement systems (CRMS preferred)
Flexibility to work varied hours and be an integral part of a dynamic team
