Summary
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Lazeez Tapas In this role, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with regulations.
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Collaborate with the team to create new menu items that reflect our culinary vision.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and creativity in dish presentation.
