We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team at Cocos. As the right hand to our Head Chef, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency during service, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Strong organizational skills and the capability to handle large volumes of food orders while maintaining consistency and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in Caribbean cuisine and working with bold flavors would be appreciated.
