We have recently opened a brand-new restaurant in Mayfair, and we're looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.


This beautifully designed space will offer an exceptional dining experience, combining high-quality cuisine with outstanding service in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.


This new opening is the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Creme, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious new concept, working alongside experienced chefs to contribute your expertise and play a key role in delivering world-class dishes in a high-energy environment.

POSITION SUMMARY



The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage junior staff, and ensure consistent quality in food preparation and service. You will play an important role in maintaining high standards, supporting menu development, and leading the team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, safety, and food storage. Contribute to stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage. Promote teamwork and collaboration across all kitchen sections.

KEY REQUIREMENTS





Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Junior Sous Chef ready to step up. Excellent culinary skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage and inspire a team. Good understanding of kitchen management, stock control, and ordering. Calm, organized, and efficient under pressure. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
