We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in food production, ensuring that high standards of quality and presentation are maintained while supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.

Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
Participate in menu planning, including the creation of new dishes and seasonal offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Oversee food prep and service to ensure consistency and quality
Train new staff on kitchen procedures and food safety
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
Previous experience in culinary roles, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
