Responsibilities



Supervise daily pub food operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Manage and lead the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet company standards. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices. Coordinate with event organizers for smooth operation during festivals and events. Train new staff members and support team development. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure a positive and energetic environment that reflects our company values.

Qualifications


Experience in supervising, team management, and food production are essential for success in this role. Candidates should have strong culinary skills, kitchen experience, and a good understanding of food safety protocols. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is needed, along with leadership qualities that motivate the team.'
