The Role:
We're on the hunt for a reliable, hardworking, and passionate Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. This is a hands-on role in a busy environment -- you'll be baking, grilling, line cooking, and getting stuck into plenty of prep. You'll support the Executive Chef in running the kitchen, maintaining high standards, and keeping the team motivated and on point.
Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day kitchen operations with a strong focus on quality and efficiencyo
Work the line across multiple stations including grill, prep, and bakingo
Assist in planning and executing our ever-changing monthly specialso
Maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all timeso
Supervise and support junior kitchen staffo
Bring energy, creativity, and consistency to every dish that leaves the passWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role (Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level)o
Strong cooking skills across various techniques (baking, grilling, line work)o
A real passion for food and a desire to create standout disheso
Excellent communication and leadership skillso

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
