- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining consistent quality standards

- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximise kitchen profitability

- Address any kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally to ensure smooth operations

- Assist in creating staff schedules and optimizing kitchen workflow for efficient service delivery
