We're looking for a

driven and ambitious Sous Chef

to join our passionate, tight-knit team at our Maidenhead HQ. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of something exciting. Experience in pastry is a huge plus and will be highly valued in this role.

What we're looking for:

A true passion for hospitality and brilliant food Proven experience as a Sous Chef (event catering experience is a bonus) A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills High standards in cleanliness, food safety and hygiene

Key responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations Lead on food preparation, production and service delivery - from tasting menus to large-scale event catering Manage, mentor and train junior kitchen team members Ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity across all dishes Maintain high standards in cleanliness, food quality, stock control, and kitchen equipment care Step confidently into the Head Chef role when required
If you have experience in pastry, that's a huge advantage - we'd love to put your skills to use across our seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.
