We're looking for a talented and ambitious
Sous Chef
to join our passionate, close-knit team at our Maidenhead HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and wants to play a key role in creating memorable moments.Experience in pastry would be a real advantage
and will be highly valued in this role.What we're looking for
A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional food Proven experience as a Sous Chef (event catering experience is a bonus) A collaborative team player with excellent communication and organisational skills High standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
Key responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in leading all aspects of kitchen operations Oversee food preparation, production, and service for everything from intimate tasting menus to large-scale events Mentor, train, and inspire junior kitchen team members Ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity across all dishes Maintain high standards in food quality, stock management, equipment care, and kitchen organisation Step confidently into the Head Chef role when required
