We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and production activities.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Help create innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques.
Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in team management and supervising staff.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production processes.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
