We're on the lookout for an experienced Sous chef who shares our commitment to quality and attention to detail. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist in leading and oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the senior team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
Contribute creative input to menu development, offering innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance offerings.
Assist in costing menus, managing inventory, and controlling food wastage to optimize profitability.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices throughout the kitchen.
Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
Managing deliveries and preparation to guarantee freshness and quality.
Participating in training opportunities to stay up-to-date with culinary trends.
