Duties
Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
Develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients and culinary creativity.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Handle any customer feedback or complaints professionally to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
