Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in budworth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and proven experience in kitchen management. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production - Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices - Provide excellent hospitality service to guests - Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing the kitchen team - Contribute to menu planning and development - Oversee stock control and ordering supplies - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements: - Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in a busy restaurant environment - Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Excellent communication skills to liaise with kitchen staff and management effectively Join our team as a Sous Chef to showcase your culinary expertise and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-34,145.16 per year
