The Fox & Goose Inn is a well loved country pub, restaurant and award winning wedding venue situated on the edge of the Peak District.
We are seeking a experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef with catering operations at our venue. The ideal candidate will possess experience in delivering high quality pub/restaurant food along with catering for functions.
Role & Responsibilities
Ensure food preparation and presentation meets the standard of the Head Chef
Excellent food hygiene practices
Team player delivering quality service at pace
Previous experience working in a similar role
Experience with catering for large functions
