Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Supervise and manage other kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends while adhering to food safety regulations. Train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices in hospitality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock of ingredients and supplies.

Experience



Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent cooking skills with proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
