Job duties: We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a proven record of working in a fast paced busy kitchen.

Sous Chef Responsibilities
Assist with all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup, maintaining kitchen equipment as needed.
A hands on role working within the kitchen team.
Resolve issues as they arise to ensure the continuation of foodservice
Maintain kitchen efficiency
Make sure that all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene requlations to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen
Inspect raw and cooked food to guarantee quality
Collaborate with the Head Chef to aline kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the establishment
Weekly inventory
Sous Chef Requirements
Ability to remain productive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Creativity
Ability to oversee and manage the kitchen operation
Weekend and evening working will form part of this role
Own transport to and from work as we are in a rural location without public transport links
