Working with the head chef in the fun and lively environment of a busy village restaurant, your role will include preparation and presentation of starters, mains and desserts, whilst ensuring cleanliness and hygiene is maintained to the highest of standards at all times in every aspects of process.
The ideal candidate will have experience working, as a sous chef, in a similar environment, be creative, hardworking, organised, willing to learn and work well as part of a close knit and friendly team. Level 3 Chef qualification would be both desirable and adventitious for this role (NOT ESSENTIAL).
Working hours will include 4 evening and 1 lunch service per week and no split shifts.
All food is cooked from fresh ingredients.
