Duties
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Train new team members on culinary techniques and kitchen procedures.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control of ingredients.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
