Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, possess strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food production
- Oversee kitchen operations during service hours to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared efficiently
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain an organised and clean kitchen workspace
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively

Experience
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Proficiency in culinary skills, including cooking techniques and food presentation
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
